Privacy
Small experiments should collect small evidence.
Good Nose uses voluntary product evidence to decide whether an experiment is useful and understandable. There are no advertising profiles, accounts, or third-party analytics in this first system.
Effective 19 September 2026
At a glance
- Sharing is optional. A product remains usable when you say no.
- Evidence is limited to product choices, actions, outcome, and optional feedback.
- No name, email address, account, advertising identifier, or precise location is requested.
- Raw evidence is automatically deleted after 90 days.
Who is responsible
Good Nose Studio is an independently operated project. The data controller is Gaston Fournier, operating Good Nose Studio in Spain. Privacy requests can be sent to privacy@goodnose.studio.
What Reservefire may send
Only after you opt in for a match, Reservefire may send:
- a random session and match identifier plus the product build version;
- the initial bot setup and unspent match budget;
- meaningful adaptations, recalls, swaps, and service actions with match-relative timing;
- the match outcome or whether the match was abandoned; and
- your optional enjoyment rating and comment after the match.
Please do not put personal information in the optional comment. The evidence database does not store request IP addresses, browser user agents, or referrers.
Why and on what basis
The purpose is product research: understanding whether people change their plan because of what they observe, where the game is confusing, and whether another iteration is worthwhile. The legal basis is your consent. Saying no does not limit the game, and each new match starts without an evidence opt-in.
Storage, retention, and processors
Raw match evidence and feedback are deleted automatically 90 days after the service receives them. Non-identifying aggregate counts may be retained to preserve product decisions. Good Nose does not sell or share this evidence for advertising.
Cloudflare provides hosting, network protection, and the D1 database. The D1 primary location is Western Europe. Cloudflare may process necessary connection and security data on its global network under its data-processing terms and transfer safeguards.
Your choices and rights
You can decline evidence sharing and still play. You may also request access, deletion, correction, restriction, portability, or withdrawal of consent by writing to the privacy address above. Because Good Nose does not ask who you are, include the random session identifier if the product shows one; without it, a prior submission may not be identifiable. You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency or your local supervisory authority.
